In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "fg33" or "the Platform" refers to the online casino and cricket betting services accessible at fg33.io and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces operated under the fg33 brand.
• "Player", "you", or "your" means any individual who registers an account on fg33, completes fg33 Login, or otherwise accesses or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration, used to access fg33 services, hold Taka balances, and record transaction history.
• "Taka" or "৳" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka, the exclusive currency in which all fg33 account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, winnings, and bonuses are denominated.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credit, free-spin equivalent, or matched deposit amount credited to your Account by fg33 under a promotional offer, as distinct from real-money funds deposited by the Player.

By registering an Account on fg33, completing fg33 Login, or by accessing or using any feature, game, betting market, or service offered through the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the fg33 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

Access to the fg33 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account on the fg33 Platform. Registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual, whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers, is a material breach of these Terms.

4.1 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, valid email address, mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh, and preferred payment method details. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of balances.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fg33 Login credentials — your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. fg33 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. If you suspect your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify [email protected] immediately.

4.3 KYC Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal, fg33 requires each Account holder to complete the KYC verification process by submitting a clear copy of a government-issued photo identification document (National Identity Card or valid passport) and, where required, proof of the payment method used for deposits. fg33 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time for the purpose of fraud prevention and compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

4.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your fg33 Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. fg33 will process your closure request within five (5) business days. Any real-money balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to completion of outstanding KYC requirements and the absence of any pending fraud investigation.

All financial transactions on the fg33 Platform are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). fg33 does not accept or process transactions in any foreign currency. No currency conversion is applied within the Platform.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

fg33 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum single-transaction deposit and withdrawal limits apply per payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction within your Account dashboard. fg33 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are ordinarily credited to your fg33 Taka wallet in real time. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to three (3) business days to appear in your Account, depending on the processing time of your bank. fg33 accepts no responsibility for delays attributable to your payment service provider or bank.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by fg33 within one (1) to three (3) business days of submission, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. fg33 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed ৳50,000 or that are flagged by the Platform's automated fraud detection systems.

5.5 Payment Method Consistency

As a general anti-money laundering measure, withdrawals will ordinarily be returned to the same payment method used for deposits. Where this is not technically possible, fg33 will request additional verification before processing the withdrawal via an alternative method.

From time to time, fg33 offers bonuses, free spins, deposit matches, and other promotional incentives to registered Players. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to your Account must be wagered a specified number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before any winnings generated from those Bonus Funds may be withdrawn as real money. Wagering Requirements applicable to a specific offer will be stated clearly in the offer's individual terms. Unless stated otherwise, Bonus Funds must be wagered before real-money funds in a mixed balance.

6.2 Eligible Games

Not all games on the fg33 platform contribute equally toward fulfilling Wagering Requirements. Live dealer games, certain jackpot slots, and sports betting markets may contribute at a reduced rate or may be entirely excluded from wagering qualification. The contribution rates for eligible game categories are specified in each individual promotion's terms.

6.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds and any associated free spins will expire if the applicable Wagering Requirement is not met within the time period specified in the offer (typically 7 to 30 days from the date of credit). Upon expiry, unused Bonus Funds and any winnings generated exclusively from those Bonus Funds will be removed from your Account without compensation.

6.4 Abuse and Misuse

fg33 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and/or suspend an Account if it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a Player is engaging in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional offers in bad faith. One promotional offer per household, device, or IP address applies unless otherwise specified.

7.1 Random Number Generation

7.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, communication failure, or software error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, fg33 reserves the right to void the affected round or wager and return the staked amount to the Player's Account. fg33 accepts no liability for losses arising from system errors beyond its reasonable control.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fg33 Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform on your behalf;
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Exploiting any software bug, technical error, or system vulnerability to gain a financial advantage;
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or using the Platform to launder money;

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fg33 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, even if fg33 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

fg33's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your fg33 Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

fg33 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. fg33 accepts no liability for losses arising from Force Majeure Events or the acts or omissions of third-party payment providers, game studios, or telecommunications providers.

fg33 collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by Players in connection with Account registration, fg33 Login, KYC verification, and ongoing Platform use. The handling of your personal data is governed by the fg33 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this agreement and is accessible via the Privacy Policy link in the footer of this site.

The version of the Terms currently published on this page is the version in force. The "Effective Date" shown in the hero section of this page indicates the date from which the current version applies. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure as described in Section 4.4.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of contract law applicable to online entertainment platforms operating in the Bangladesh market. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to fg33's internal dispute resolution process in the first instance.
